I remember being about six years old and loving cherry pie. Around the holidays I was throwing a tantrum  about wanting more then one piece of pie. My mom was tired of my complaints and sat me at the table and said, " You want more pie? " (yes, I whimpered) "Here then eat the whole thing Nicole."  

    And so I did. My mom thought I would get sick and never want pie again. Well, she was wrong. My love for desserts grew.  As I grew older I wanted a dessert that was creative and satisfyingly simple that never left you feeling over indulgent. That's exactly what Cakee Bites is.  

    I started baking Cakee Bites for family and friends events. As the word got out, I was known for having "Great Balls."  Now that the company is growing I have created new flavors and reached out to bars and restaurants for distribution. However, I will always remember my humble beginnings.

Thanks Mom for never letting me quit on that pie!
